Return & Exchange Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy for our valued customers. We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, and that's okay. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return any unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original delivery date for a full refund.
Please note that gift cards, discounted merchandise (as marked), and personalized or monogrammed merchandise are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will promptly ship a replacement to you and ask that you return the damaged or defective item to us. Please note that defective merchandise will not be accepted after 30 days past the original delivery date. We want to ensure that you have a positive shopping experience with us, and we appreciate your understanding. For non-receipt returns, valid identification is required, such as a driver’s license, state ID card, passport, or military/government ID.

Returns of Items Purchased with a Promotion Code
If you choose to return an item that was purchased with a promotional code, the refund amount will be based on the terms and conditions of the code. If the returned items bring the remaining order quantity or total purchase amount below the minimum requirements of the code, the discounted amount will be subtracted from the refund. For instance, if you had received a discount for purchasing a certain quantity of items and you decide to return some of them, the discount will no longer apply to the entire order.
